Clean on Demand was created to make housekeeping and cleaning services easier, clearer, and more convenient for customers in Singapore.
In a busy city where time is valuable, many customers need a reliable way to book help for their homes, offices, and commercial spaces without long back-and-forth communication. Clean on Demand was built to support that need through a simple online booking experience and an internally managed housekeeping operation.
Through our website and mobile application, customers can book and manage selected services such as home cleaning, office cleaning, moving in/out cleaning, spring cleaning, curtain cleaning, kitchen appliance cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, floor cleaning, disinfection services, and other services made available through our platform.
Our current operating model is based on an in-house housekeeping team. Our housekeepers are trained under Clean on Demand standards before being assigned to customer bookings. We also operate a part-time housekeeping programme where part-time housekeepers are trained before they are assigned to jobs.
Our goal is to provide a smoother customer experience from booking to service completion. We focus on proper scheduling, clear service information, secure payment, operational tracking, and follow-up support.
At Clean on Demand, we are not only focused on cleaning spaces. We are focused on creating a more convenient and dependable housekeeping experience for customers who want a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained environment.
